Where and how are your glasses made?

Our glasses are made by our parters in HK. Each component is individually handcrafted, then assembled by us here in Los Angeles. We pride ourselves in crafting the most durable, comfortable, and stylish glasses available. That's why we only use the highest quality ACETATE and CR39 on our shades.

What comes with the shades?

All of our glasses are packed by us with a hard case, cleaning cloth/microfiber pouch, hard box, custom sticker, "How to..." care instructions, Authenticity certificate with serial number, and something extra; don't ask, we won't tell ;) .

How should I care for my STOLOWs?

All glasses are packed with a "How to..." sheet, but we'll spill it out here too.

1.) Use water and hand/dish soap (or lens cleaner) to clean your STOLOW's. To dry, any paper towel (preferably tissue) will do. Don't use anything you wouldn't put on your face (Windex, Bleach, etc.).

2.) Don't futz with the metal work or hinges. We know we use stainless steel instead of cheap metal, you do now too. Don't test it. Although nearly indestructable, don't mess with the hinges either. Nothing good comes from touching :/

3.) Try to avoid sitting on them or crushing them. They probably won't break, but no one likes a bent pair of shades.

4.) Ask us! If you aren't sure about a cleaner, wash technique, or anything else, just ASK US! Don't risk anything with your new shades!

How are your shirts printed?

We use a water based silkscreen method. This will not only provide the longest lasting and overall best quality, but the most comfort and enviormental consideration as well.
Rather than a tag, we print our own labels on ALL of our apparel.

What brand of shirts do you print on?

We print exclusively on our own collaborated blend of the softest, most durable, 100% combed cotton. Please refer to our product info and sizing section for some more details.

What size shirt should I order?

Refer to the sizing chart and any additional sizing details provided on the product info and sizing section.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as direct PayPal account payments.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.

Why won't my credit card go through?

There could be many reasons for a credit card that fails to proceed past checkout. The most common reason is a credit card attempt with a card that is registered to an already existing PayPal account. If this is the case, you may submit your email in the LOST PASSWORD section of PayPal site.

How secure is this store?

All payments are processed via PayPal, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Paypal securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes. If you would like a wholesale account, please contact us and include your business details in your message.

What is your exchange / return policy?

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Please refer to our returns section for more details.

(3) Shipping

How long will delivery of my order take?

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3-10 business days. International orders are typically delivered within 1-2 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing.

All order will be packaged and sent out of house within 1-2 full business days. Orders made on the weekend or after 3pm PST will be processed the following day.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based upon the number and type of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the checkout page, select your country and click "Update Your Cart Total".

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to almost every country. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the checkout page and check if your country is available for selection.

Can I pick up my glasses in Los Angeles?

For sure. Just select in-store pickup at checkout and we will contact you with more info.
